Tain-l'Hermitage, November 4 — Flying saucers claimed a victim last night: Mr. Neyret, a farmer in Tain-l'Hermitage (Drôme), was mistaken for a Martian by one of his neighbors.
In the darkness, his neighbor, a winegrower, saw a silhouette that seemed "extraordinary" to him. "It's a Martian," he thought. He armed himself with a stick and rained blows on poor Mr. Neyret, who ended up with a torn ear and had to consult a doctor.
