On August 17, 2014, a video - viewable below in this case file - appeared on Youtube, said to be a UFO filmed in Strasbourg.

"Werner" said he filmed it the day before, on August 16, 2014, around 11:00 a.m., and said that the UFO is heading towards the Strasbourg Hilton.

Note: a comment indicated that it is a bird.

Discussion:

The so-called "UFO" is visible from second 8 to second 11, and it is obviously juts a bird.

The camera is perfectly motionless, I can assume that "Werner" did not see anything with his own eyes and discovered the "UFO" on the video later on, in the manner of the so-called "surprise photographs".

The "UFO" does not dly to the Hilton hotel but to the trees in the park.
