On February 25, 2016, I received an email from someone using a pseudonym who is used to reporting "UFOs". The witness wrote:

"yesterday evening i saw a ufo on haguenau at about 7 p.m. i coud not film it its a pity i left the message to christian macé but he doesnt care a pin that ufo appeard above my head at 400 meters of height of a sharp orange colorit hovered during 10 minutes in the sky i had never seen a ufo of this kind and of a total silence"

I am sorry to answer so late, but I have a lot on my hands.

I would like, firstly, you to tell me please:

1- How did the observation start?

2- How did the observation end?

3- What was the angular size of the phenomenon? (To tell the angular size, tell me in millimeters for example the size the object seemed to have on a ruler you would hold with the arm extended).
