Moulin, September 20. -- A resident of Moulins had traveled over the weekend to Rongères, a small commune in the Allier, when on Sunday afternoon, around 4:30 p.m., he saw in the sky a cigar-shaped craft, and a few seconds later, a second object in the shape of a globe. This globe, very bright, described a circle in 15 seconds and quickly took a southeastward direction.
This testimony only became known this evening following a report sent by the Moulins resident, whose identity has not been revealed, to the prefect of the Allier.
