"Flying saucers" and "flying cigars" were reportedly seen yesterday in several regions of France.
In Bayonne, several people, including a police officer, M. Corrions, claimed to have observed three of these objects, stationary and arranged in a triangle. According to M. Corrions, the "cigars" were slightly oval in shape and appeared to be at a considerable altitude.
In Charron (Charente-Maritime), three fishermen and a customs officer reportedly saw a formation of "flying saucers" moving very low.
In the Lantefontaine-les-Baroches area in the Meurthe-et-Moselle, several dozen workers from the "Sidelor" factories reported seeing two "cigars," followed shortly after by four additional objects joining the formation.
